These records are believed to contain essential information regarding former missions. The release of this data is important for research the scope of Site Ninety-Six's functions. A detailed rationale for declassification will be attached upon request.

Incident Report: Site 96 Security Violation

Initial reports indicate that Subject/Agent escaped/broke free/was released from its designated cell/compartment/holding area.
